We are no longer able to book routine on the day appointments over the desk. Please fill in an E-Consult for any routine appointment requests and our team will be in touch in due course with the next steps.
If you are unable to complete an E-Consult, you can contact our Reception Team on 01642 432300 or visit the surgery and our Reception Team can complete an E-Consult on your behalf.
Please Note: E-Consults are not to be used to request prescriptions - please continue to do this through your online services or submit a written request to our Reception team.
