Please note the practice will provide services as per You and Your General Practice except when unable to do so due to:
• lack of safe capacity
• agreed closure due to staff training
• unforeseen events
• failure of NHS supplied software
• unable to assure a safe service
Or when a subcontract is in place to deliver services. Locally, a sub-contract is in place to cover services between 6pm and 6.30pm via Hartlepool and Stockton Health.
